Your questions answered

We have compiled a list of the questions most landlords ask both before and after sign up, however we are always on hand to answer anything additional you wish to know, just ask!

You will have access to your own Landlord Portal, giving you up to the minute information on your bookings past and present, housekeeping, payments received and total revenues generated.

All bookings completed in the previous calendar month are paid in one end of month payment, accompanied by a full Landlord Statement outlining the breakdown and detail of each booking. Your Statement will show details of bookings, revenue generated and associated costs for housekeeping and commission deductions.

Depending upon the package and structure you select, we will deduct the pre-agreed commission from the Gross incomes generated on your property and forward you the balance (minus housekeeping fees) at the end of each month.
